Adam Quenneville Roofing & Siding is looking for a creative, energetic Brand & Social Media Ambassador to help us become the most recognized and trusted roofing and siding company in New England. You'll own our day-to-day social presence and represent AQRS at events, job sites, and in the community — turning our projects, customers, employees, and community involvement into content that builds trust and grows our audience. If you're comfortable talking with homeowners, excited to build a recognizable local brand, and ready to work with high autonomy within a clear approval process, this role is for you. Responsibilities Manage and grow AQRS's presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, Reddit, and Nextdoor to a required weekly posting cadence. Respond to comments and DMs, handle customer queries, and foster community loyalty. Draft the monthly AQRS and AQ Cares newsletters for Marketing Director approval. Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with the Marketing Director's goals, and track trends and platform changes. Own attendance and coverage of job sites, community events, charity events, and podcast recordings. Collect customer testimonials, before & after photos, video interviews, and employee stories. Promote every episode of the Under Our Roof Podcast across social channels. Gather supporting materials for award and recognition applications. Bring content ideas to the Marketing Director for approval, then coordinate shoot logistics directly with the Videographer. Skills Excellent communication and strong writing ability. Social media expertise, creative thinking, and photography/basic video editing skills. Organized, dependable, self-starter. Comfortable on job sites and around customers. Comfortable working within an approval workflow — proposes ideas, executes on approved plans, no authority over strategy, budget, or ad spend. Early in career — 1-3 years of experience or a strong recent graduate.
