Part-Time (10-20 hours per week) Job Summary We are seeking a creative, motivated, and organized Digital Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our restaurant's digital presence across all social media platforms. This is a hybrid position with most work completed remotely, while requiring approximately one day per week on-site to capture fresh content and highlight restaurant events, menu items, and promotions. The ideal candidate has experience creating engaging social media content, understands current digital trends, and can build meaningful engagement with our online community. Responsibilities Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Produce high-quality short-form videos, reels, photos, graphics, and promotional content. Develop and maintain a content calendar with multiple posts each week and ongoing monthly campaigns. Visit the restaurant approximately once per week to capture new content, showcase menu items, feature staff, and promote special events. Cover holidays, community events, seasonal promotions, and new product launches. Monitor social media trends and recommend creative marketing ideas. Respond professionally and promptly to customer comments, direct messages, and online engagement. Build and grow our online community through consistent interaction with followers. Collaborate with management to promote upcoming events, specials, and brand initiatives. Track social media performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and analytics. Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation. Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends. Experience creating engaging video content, especially Reels and TikTok-style videos. Proficiency with video editing and graphic design applications such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software. Excellent written communication and customer engagement skills. Highly organized with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Reliable transportation for weekly on-site content creation.
