Qualifications/Experience:

Current Minnesota teaching license required. Successful background check required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:

Expertise in educational tools like Google Workspace, learning platforms (Google Classroom/Schoology), interactive displays, and student devices, along with knowledge of FERPA and digital safety. Strong organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential. Exemplifies the following

Specific Tasks:

The secondary schools media center specialist manages all aspects of the media center and supports instructional technology. The specialist supports staff and student learning, and trains others in research and digital tools. They manage library spaces, schedules, and collections, selecting diverse resources aligned to curriculum needs and school policy.
