Job Summary:

Morris Printing Group is seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the social media presence across multiple divisions within out company. This position will be responsible for creating engaging content, developing marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and helping generate new business opportunities through digital marketing initiatives. The Ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of projects, collaborating with multiple departments, and bringing fresh marketing ideas to life. They should be comfortable managing several brands at once while maintaining consistent messaging and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple company divisions.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms as appropriate.
• Build brand awareness and engagement through creative campaigns.
• Develop monthly content calendars and marketing plans.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend new strategies to keep the company competitive.
• Collaborate with Web Developer, Graphic Designers, and Marketing Analyst to ensure digital marketing efforts align with company goals.
• Build sales through social media campaigns.
• Research and develop influencer and brand partnership opportunities.
• Build relationships with influencers, industry partners, and community organizations.
• Assist with photography and video content creation when needed.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.
• Brainstorm and present new marketing initiatives and see projects through implementation.
• Assist with other marketing projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating marketing campaigns and managing business social media accounts.
• Experience using social media platforms.
• Photography and basic video editing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus).
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
