Monitor social media channels through social listening tools and engage with followers to foster community growth and brand loyalty. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for increased visibility and reach. Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, and media performance analytics dashboards to measure campaign success. Collaborate on social media campaigns including Facebook Advertising and content marketing strategies to boost audience engagement. Assist in managing online reputation through relationship management and public relations activities across digital platforms. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Demonstrated interest or experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing performance monitoring. Proficiency with social media platforms and familiarity with media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software. Knowledge of SEO strategies, Google Analytics, web analytics, keyword research, and marketing online analytics. Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn about branding, e-commerce, photography, and social media content marketing.
