Urban Air Adventure Park - Hazlet, NJ Full-Time | Weekends & Holidays Required | Weekday Days Off Urban Air Adventure Park in Hazlet, NJ is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and experienced Party, Event & Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on position combining party coordination, local event marketing, sales, and social media marketing. This position is based in Hazlet, NJ . Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Hazlet. We are looking for someone from Monmouth County, Central Jersey, or nearby areas. Candidates from NYC or far North Jersey should not apply due to the commute and required weekend schedule. Compensation & Commission In addition to your regular compensation, this position offers commission on qualifying events you generate and book. The more business you generate, the more you can earn. If you are a strong social media marketer who can also sell events, build local relationships, and deliver an excellent customer experience, we would like to meet you! What We Need

• Previous experience in social media marketing, event marketing, sales, and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Experience creating social media content.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with sales, community outreach, and asking for business.
• Organized, energetic, creative, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working directly with parents, children, businesses, schools, camps, and community organizations.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays. What You Will Do Party Coordination
• Work with our Party Hosts to ensure parties run smoothly and parents have an excellent experience.
• Communicate with customers and help increase party and event bookings. Local Event Marketing & Sales
• Develop relationships with day camps, schools, churches, sports organizations, businesses, and community groups.
• Promote Urban Air for parties, fundraisers, field trips, and group events.
• Make calls, send emails, visit local organizations, and follow up to generate bookings. Social Media Marketing
• Manage and create content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create engaging posts, Reels, Stories, photos, and videos.
• Promote our attractions, parties, events, promotions, and special activities.
• Help grow our local social media presence and generate business
