R edolia is a high-end fragrance boutique seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media & Marketing Intern to support our branding, digital marketing, and in-store customer experience. This hands-on internship offers real-world experience in content creation, social media strategy, and luxury retail sales. You'll bring our fragrances to life online while helping customers discover their signature scent in person — learning both sides of how a modern fragrance brand grows. Responsibilities, Duties & Projects Create engaging social media graphics, short-form videos, and written content Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms Photograph and film products, in-store moments, and events for social, web, and email Research social media and fragrance trends and recommend new content ideas Monitor engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports Support the development and organization of Canva brand templates and marketing assets Support store sales goals and help build lasting client relationships Help maintain a clean, beautifully merchandised store and process sales at the register Support marketing and community engagement initiatives as assigned Desired Major(s) Marketing Communications Graphic Design Digital Media Public Relations Advertising, Business, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Deeply familiar with TikTok and Instagram trends Energetic, on-camera confident, and comfortable creating content daily Finger on the pulse of what's resonating in fragrance and beauty online Fast-moving self-starter who loves experimenting with new formats Experience using Canva; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Creative eye for design, branding, and visual storytelling Comfortable interacting with customers and interested in retail sales Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Passion for fragrance, beauty, and luxury retail a plus That's ready to paste into the posting.
