This is not just an administrative assistant position. We are looking for someone who is highly social-media savvy, comfortable creating content, and confident taking the lead when it comes to filming and content creation. The ideal candidate follows current Instagram and TikTok trends, understands what makes engaging short-form content, and is constantly thinking of fresh ways to create content and grow the brand. We are looking for someone who is proactive and takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do. Responsibilities

Film behind-the-scenes content during makeup, brows, lashes, spray tans, weddings, events, and other beauty services
Direct and guide the owner while filming, including what to say, positioning, lighting, angles, hooks, and ways to make content more engaging
Proactively identify opportunities to film and create engaging content without needing to be directed
Stay current with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, trending audio, and current social media trends
Bring fresh and creative content ideas to the business
Film and edit Reels, before-and-afters, transformations, educational videos, and promotional content
Help develop strong hooks, captions, and concepts for short-form videos
Help organize and maintain a social media content calendar
Engage with followers and clients through social media
Help grow Gold Coast Exquisite Beauty's social media presence and overall brand
Capture high-quality photos and videos during appointments, events, weddings, and house calls
Assist with influencer collaborations, product promotions, and potential brand opportunities
Answer and return client calls and text messages when needed
Respond to and help organize business emails
Assist with scheduling appointments, client confirmations, and follow-ups
Help with organization, reminders, errands, and other personal and business assistant responsibilities as needed
Interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner Qualifications
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and short-form video content
Comfortable filming and editing content using a smartphone
Creative eye for lighting, angles, aesthetics, and beauty content
Comfortable directing and prompting someone on camera
Creative, outgoing, confident, and personable
Highly organized, dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
Self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Experience with beauty, fashion, lifestyle, influencer, or personal-brand content is a plus
Previous social media, content creation, or personal assistant experience preferred
Reliable transportation for occasional travel throughout Nassau County
Flexibility for occasional events, weddings, evenings, or weekends Schedule Part-time, approximately 8-15 hours per week, with flexibility depending on appointments, content needs, weddings, and events.
