Job Description

Growing sports performance facility is seeking a creative, motivated, and organized Part-Time Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the facility's social media presence. The ideal candidate is someone who understands social media trends, enjoys sports and fitness, and can consistently create engaging content that showcases athletes, trainers, programs, and the overall facility experience. Key Responsibilities Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms . Create and publish engaging daily/weekly content. Capture photos and videos of athletes, training sessions, trainers, events, and facility activities. Create short-form video content including Reels, TikToks, highlights, and promotional videos . Develop creative captions, graphics, and promotional content. Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule. Highlight athlete development, success stories, trainers, programs, and facility offerings. Promote camps, clinics, memberships, training programs, events, and special offers. Stay current with social media trends, sounds, formats, hashtags, and content strategies. Work with trainers and management to identify content opportunities. Monitor engagement and provide basic feedback on what content is performing well. Help increase brand awareness, engagement, and potential customer leads through social media. Ideal Candidate Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video . Creative eye for photography, videography, and social media presentation. Comfortable filming content in a busy sports and training environment. Strong writing and communication skills. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Interest or experience in baseball, sports performance, strength & conditioning, fitness, or youth sports is preferred. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar platforms is a plus. Comfortable interacting with athletes, parents, coaches, and trainers. Able to recognize good content opportunities without needing constant direction. Schedule Part-Time — Approximately 15-20 hours per week Flexible schedule with regular availability during peak training hours, events, and other key content opportunities. Some evening and weekend availability may be required. Compensation Depends on experience and skill level. Additional hours and increased responsibility may be available as the position develops. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can turn what happens inside the facility every day into engaging social media content . The right person will take ownership of the facility's social media presence, consistently create content, and help build a stronger online brand that attracts athletes, families, trainers, and new customers.
Pay:
$15.00 - $25.00 per hour
