Join our growing team of motivated and passionate individuals at Vintage House Soap Factory! Our small business of 10+ years is located in West Seneca, and is looking for local, enthusiastic persons to assist in our marketing and social media ventures. Vintage House Soap Factory is seeking a Social Media Marketer to assist our small business in creating events, promotions, and marketing emails in addition to creating content for our Social Media platforms. This position is entry level, and only requires that applicants be creative, enthusiastic, and have utilized social media for their own personal ventures.

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and coordinating content for all Vintage House Soap Factory Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok) Coordinate promotions and assist in developing new sales and events to increase traffic within the retail store. Create flyers, basic graphics, and basic signage for the retail store. Provide coverage for the retail store, answering phones, assisting walk-ins, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

Knowledge of Social Media. Demonstrated experience working with creative programs and websites. Strong work ethic and time management. Enthusiasm for Bath & Beauty products or Small Business is crucial. Consistent attendance and punctuality is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service. Prior experience in marketing. Prior experience creating marketing emails, utilizing programs such as Canva, Capcut, Tik Tok, Ecommerce, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or related programs. You'd be great in this position if you: Are comfortable with a position that requires eight to twelve hours per week. Consider yourself a "people person," and enjoy meeting others. Love working as a team and appreciate the chance to collaborate. Understand how to create a great customer service experience. Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work. Are open to learning new things. Are comfortable with managing deadlines. Have excellent communications skills.

$16.50 - $18.00 per hour
