Overview KHM Travel Group is seeking a dynamic and creative Video Content & Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on creating strategies, campaigns, and managing engagement for KHM Travel's social media accounts. This includes both organic marketing and paid advertising. Ability to gather, analyze, interpret, and report on analytics and metrics for each platform is required. The Video Content & Social Media Specialist must be proficient in creating video content, with a focus on short-form videos, and possess strong copyrighting and storytelling skills. The Video Content & Social Media Specialist will conduct coaching calls with travel agents, participate in virtual and in-person educational events, and create educational content for our Learning Management System. The Video Content & Social Media Specialist will work with the Marketing Team to support KHM Travel's company goals. Responsibilities Create and execute content schedule for KHM Travel's social media platforms in collaboration with Marketing Team Create content for KHM Travel's social media accounts in the form of photos, videos, blogs, and other content types Create social media marketing resources for our network of travel agents Maintain knowledge of marketing trends and strategies across multiple platforms Analyze competitor social media and marketing content to inform KHM Travel strategies Enhance KHM Travel's overall online presence and discoverability Participate in team collaborations and provide support and ideas Qualifications Experience developing and executing strategies for multiple social media platforms under one brand identity Experience in creating short-form video content for social media Ability to gather, analyze, and share reports on analytics from various social media platforms Proficient in video and design software Extensive Knowledge of Office 360 programs Education/Experience 2+ years of experience in social media, video creation, and marketing Must demonstrate the ability to work with and accept feedback from team members, managers, directors, and executives Must possess ability to handle, organize, and communication status of multiple projects at different stages of completion using our project management solutions Must possess the ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to be customer service-focused both internally and externally Work Environment & Equal Opportunity KHM Travel Group is in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and does not discriminate with regard to applicants or team members and will make reasonable accommodation when necessary.
