As Sr. Specialist of Paid Social Media you will be responsible for developing paid social media strategies and plans that drive brand love, product consideration, customer acquisition and other key business objectives. You will serve as a paid social channel expert, leading media planning, audience strategy, and performance analysis. You will drive advancement in marketing capabilities, optimize customer engagement across the funnel and customer journey, and deliver effective results against key business objectives for the Victoria's Secret and PINK brands. Your Impact Develop paid social media strategies and tactical plans that support brand and customer marketing strategies Recommend platforms, tactics, budget allocation, audience targeting, ad types and messaging to drive business, brand and campaign outcomes Lead campaign hindsight analyses, identifying key drivers of performance, actionable insights and future recommendations Partner closely with paid social team members to ensure executional accuracy and monitor performance Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, vendors, and agencies Evaluate emerging platform opportunities and trends to identify growth opportunities and influence innovation Contribute to the evolution of the paid social planning and hindsighting operating model Click here for benefit details related to this position.
