Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to elevate our online presence and engage with our community across various digital platforms. This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling content, analyze marketing performance, and build meaningful relationships with our audience through innovative social media strategies. Duties Develop and implement dynamic social media content marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Manage daily social media management tasks using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize content. Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software to enhance brand visibility. Conduct social listening to gauge public sentiment, identify trends, and inform content strategy. Monitor digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and media performance analytics to measure success and refine tactics. Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster strong community relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives and public relations efforts to promote a positive image of the organization. Requirements Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing performance monitoring. Proficiency with social media platforms' management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer. Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and media editing tools. Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and web analytics including Google Analytics. Ability to craft engaging written content with excellent proofreading skills. Experience in social listening, social media analytics, and social media communication techniques. Familiarity with Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns. Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with community members, partners, and stakeholders.
