Based on experience About the Role Nova Cosmetic Dentistry and Nova Whitening are looking for a creative, self-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to own our content and digital marketing across both brands. You'll be the person behind the camera and the strategy — shooting and editing scroll-stopping content in-office, growing our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, and managing the paid ads and systems that turn views into booked appointments. This is a hands-on, in-house role for someone who can shoot, edit, post, and analyze — not just plan campaigns on paper. What You'll Do Shoot photo and video content on-site at both Nova Cosmetic Dentistry and Nova Whitening locations (patient transformations, behind-the-scenes, team content, procedures, testimonials, trending formats) Edit raw footage into polished, on-brand, and viral-style short-form content Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action tailored to each platform Build and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Instagram/Facebook) — targeting, budgets, creative testing, and reporting Manage and optimize our GoHighLevel account (funnels, automations, lead follow-up, pipeline tracking) Maintain and update our Google Business Profile for both locations (posts, photos, review responses, Q&A) Design graphics, promos, and templates in Canva Use Claude (AI) to speed up content ideation, caption writing, scripts, and workflow tasks Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, ad ROI) and adjust strategy based on results Stay current on social media trends, audio, and formats relevant to dental/aesthetic industries Coordinate content shoots around patient privacy, HIPAA guidelines, and office schedules Experience Level — Open to Interns We're open to candidates at different experience levels: Experienced candidates — ready to step in and run content, ads, and systems from day one Entry-level / intern candidates — no professional experience required, but you must be willing to take courses and actively build your skills in Meta Ads, GoHighLevel, Canva, and content creation while on the job. We'll support your learning, but growth and initiative are expected. Pay will be based on experience level. What We're Looking For Proven experience (or, for entry-level/intern candidates, strong personal projects, coursework, or a willingness to learn) managing social media accounts that grew engagement and/or followers (please share examples/portfolio or account links) Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Rush, InShot, or similar) Comfortable being on camera and directing others on camera Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Experience with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM/automation platform Proficiency in Canva Familiarity using Claude or similar AI tools to support content and marketing work Experience managing a Google Business Profile Excellent eye for aesthetics, trends, and what performs on TikTok/Instagram Strong writing skills for captions, hooks, and ad copy Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to work independently across two locations Prior experience in dental, medical spa, aesthetics, or healthcare marketing is a plus What to Include With Your Application Resume Links to social accounts or a content portfolio you've managed A brief note on a piece of content you created that performed well, and why Nova Cosmetic Dentistry and Nova Whitening are equal opportunity employers.
