Overview ACC Consumer Finance is an automotive finance company that specializes in helping rideshare and gig economy drivers secure vehicle financing. We work closely with drivers and dealership partners to provide financing solutions while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process. We are seeking a motivated, organized, and outgoing individual to join our team as an Office Personnel / Social Media & Marketing team member. This is an entry-level position that combines administrative office responsibilities with social media marketing and customer communication. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable on camera, and enjoys interacting with people. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support to ensure smooth workflow. Organize company documents, files, and paperwork. Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks. Create, film, and participate in social media content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others. Post and manage social media content across company platforms. Help promote the ACC Consumer Finance brand through engaging marketing content. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and redirect calls to the appropriate team members. Communicate with drivers and dealership partners by phone to answer general questions or direct them to the appropriate department. Provide friendly and professional customer service during all interactions. Perform additional administrative and marketing duties as assigned. Will most likely be a 2-3 day in office schedule with remaining days remote Requirements Experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing analytics. Bachelor's degree or in-progress degree required. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable being on camera and participating in social media content. Familiarity with social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, dependable, and positive attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
