BDC & Social Media Specialist John's Route 13 Auto is looking for an experienced BDC (Business Development Center) & Social Media Specialist to join our team. We've proudly been serving our customers for 23 years, and we're looking for someone who knows how to generate leads, engage customers, and help grow our dealership.

Responsibilities:

Respond to internet and social media leads Schedule appointments for the sales team Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email Create and manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media content Generate new leads through social media marketing Maintain strong customer communication and CRM follow-up

Requirements:

Previous BDC or automotive dealership experience required Social media marketing experience Excellent communication and organization skills Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram, and other social media presence Create engaging content and marketing campaigns Maintain CRM and ensure timely customer tollow-up

Qualifications:

Automotive dealership BDC experience required Social media marketing experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Customer-focused and results-driven
