Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, energetic individual with prior bow technician experience to join our team full-time. This role goes beyond technical work—you will be an integral part of store operations and overall customer experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to contribute across all areas of the business, including supporting our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform bow setup, tuning, maintenance, and repairs with a high level of proficiency Deliver outstanding, community-focused customer service and ensure every customer feels supported and valued Assist customers with product selection and technical questions across multiple departments Support daily retail operations, including processing transactions and maintaining organized sales areas Stock shelves and assist with inventory management Help coordinate and support in-store events and promotions Assist with social media marketing efforts, including creating content, promoting events, and engaging with customers online Contribute to opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to pass a background check Prior experience as a bow technician is required Experience with social media marketing (content creation, posting, engagement) preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and become proficient in all departments (archery, firearms, fishing, apparel, and events) Availability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including weekends and both opening and closing shifts
