Duties Manage comments and messages across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Share ideas and content with our marketing team for social media posts and email campaigns Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond proactively to foster positive relationships. Coordinate with marketing team to align messaging during campaigns or holidays; assist in managing online reputation. Funnel content to Farm Manager and owner for approval, accuracy, branding consistency, and tone before publication; ensure adherence to style guidelines. Filter questions pertaining to orders and gather relevant details prior to sharing with the team Skills Experience in social media marketing Familiarity with Canva and Ai preferred Strong relationship management skills for engaging with online communities and customers Ability to proofread while maintaining the brand's voice and tone.
