Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media calendar across key platforms Launch campaigns designed specifically to build brand awareness, drive traffic to our product pages and capture leads for the sales team Draft, edit, and publish clear, compelling copy for all social posts. Ensure all messaging aligns perfectly with our brand tone and heavily utilizes platform-specific best practices (e.g., optimal formatting, hashtag strategy, and tagging). Partner with the design team to request and utilize high-quality visual assets and video content for social posts Provide digital coverage for industry trade shows before, during and after the event to maximize our investment and audience engagement Track engagement metrics, follower growth, and campaign ROI, providing regular reports to marketing leadership to refine the strategy Serve as primary social media contact for division leaders Stay current on emerging platforms, trends, content formats and competitors

Qualifications & Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in corporate social media coordination, project management or a similar role Positive demeanor and team player Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive and resourceful Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working with sales, leadership and other internal teams Strong writing, proofreading and communication skills Experience in social media management platforms Knowledge of digital content strategy and social storytelling Experience dealing with corporate guidelines Basic understanding of design principles Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus This position will be a salary bases and reporting to Marketing Manager.
