The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for executing Lake Fork's social media strategy through content creation, publishing, community engagement, and campaign support. This role helps grow brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships, and support marketing initiatives across social channels.

Core Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Publishing Create and edit social-first content, including copy, photos, videos, reels, stories, and graphics. Schedule and publish content across social platforms. Adapt campaign assets for social media channels. Support content shoots, events, and product launches. Community Engagement Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions. Engage with followers, ambassadors, influencers, and outdoor communities. Maintain a consistent GameGuard voice across all social channels. Campaign & Influencer Support Assist with influencer partnerships, content requests, and product seeding. Support campaign execution across social channels. Coordinate content collection from ambassadors, customers, and partners. Performance & Insights Track content performance and engagement metrics. Provide basic reporting and recommendations for improving results. Stay informed on social media trends and platform updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

2-4 years of social media marketing experience. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Experience creating and editing photo and video content. Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong written communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Interest in hunting, fishing, outdoor, or lifestyle brands preferred.
