Full-Time OR Part-Time Job Summary Regency Healing MedSpa is seeking a professional, energetic, and highly organized Laser Technician who will also serve as a Personal Assistant to the Physician and support the MedSpa's podcast, social media, and advertising activities. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who enjoys medical aesthetics, patient care, content creation, marketing, and working closely with a physician in a growing boutique MedSpa. The ideal candidate is dependable, creative, personable, tech-savvy, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and willing to take initiative. A current Aesthetician License is a strong plus . Key Responsibilities - Laser Technician and Patient Care

• Perform laser hair removal and other approved laser-based aesthetic treatments within the scope of training and certification
• Prepare patients, treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment
• Educate patients regarding treatment expectations, aftercare, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Take professional before-and-after photographs with patient consent
• Follow all safety, infection-control, privacy, and clinic protocols
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized MedSpa environment
• Assist with other aesthetic treatments and clinic services as trained and permitted Physician Personal Assistant
• Assist the physician with scheduling, organization, reminders, and day-to-day workflow
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and special projects
• Help organize documents, communications, and business-related tasks
• Assist with occasional business errands and event preparation
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
• Anticipate needs and help keep projects moving forward Podcast Support
• Assist with planning and scheduling podcast episodes
• Coordinate podcast guests and recording dates
• Prepare the recording space, lighting, microphones, cameras, and supplies
• Assist during filming and recording sessions
• Help organize episode topics, notes, guest information, and content files
• Upload, label, and organize recorded content
• Support basic editing and publishing workflows Social Media and Advertising
• Record and create short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Capture behind-the-scenes clinic and treatment content
• Create educational and promotional posts
• Schedule and publish social media content
• Assist with Canva graphics, captions, reels, and advertisements
• Help promote MedSpa services, special offers, events, and podcast episodes
• Monitor social media messages, comments, and engagement
• Maintain a professional and consistent brand image
• Assist with basic digital advertising and marketing campaigns Required Qualifications
• Current laser technician certification or eligibility to meet applicable Texas requirements
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using smartphones, cameras, social media platforms, and basic office technology
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to maintain patient and business confidentiality
• Comfortable working closely with a physician
• Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally when needed Preferred Qualifications
• Current Aesthetician License
• Previous MedSpa, or aesthetic-clinic experience
• Experience with laser hair removal or aesthetic devices
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar content-editing experience
• Photography, videography, podcast, or digital-marketing experience
• Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, skincare, and patient education Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is:
