We educate clients on an essential truth: a healthy scalp is the hidden foundation for a youthful, healthy-looking face. We offer luxury, highly effective services superior to traditional med-spas, and we are looking for a creative marketer to help us introduce this innovative concept to the Houston market. Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in high-end beauty, luxury wellness, or med-spa marketing. You will lead our short-form video creation, social media management, and local influencer campaigns. This role starts as a part-time/project-based position , with a direct, fast-track path to a permanent, full-time role as your campaigns drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities Video Production & Content Creation:

Shoot, edit, and publish high-converting short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) showcasing our unique treatments.

New Concept Positioning:

Translate technical scalp-and-skin science into engaging, easy-to-understand visual content that educates and excites prospective clients.

Social Media Management:

Maintain an active, luxury aesthetic across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

Influencer Marketing:

Identify, pitch, and coordinate partnerships with local Houston beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers.

Campaign Tracking:

Monitor engagement, booking conversions, and ROI to prove campaign success.

Qualifications Experience:

2+ years of marketing experience specifically within high-end beauty, med-spas, aesthetics, or luxury wellness.

Platform Mastery:

Hands-on experience building and growing YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook channels.

Video Editing Skills:

Proficient with mobile/desktop editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.).

Innovative Mindset:

Experience marketing "new-to-market" or unconventional concepts is a major plus.

Portfolio Required:

Must be able to provide links to past video content, social feeds, or influencer campaigns you've managed.

Schedule & Location Flexible Hybrid Model:

Mix of on-site content capture at our Houston boutique and remote strategy/editing work.

Initial Hours:

15-25 hours per week, with clear KPIs to scale into a full-time role.

Pay:

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
