You'll bring our brand to life online — posting content, engaging our community, managing inbound messages, and turning trends into on-brand content — while working alongside a dedicated creative specialist who handles filming and editing, and a marketing agency that sets the strategic direction. You won't be building this from scratch or working alone: you're stepping into an established toolkit (Hootsuite) and a support system built to help you succeed. Responsibilities Daily Manage our social inbox (Hootsuite Nest) — respond to comments and DMs, and flag serious sales inquiries for follow-up Confirm scheduled content is publishing correctly across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Engage with our community on recent posts Weekly Build and refine the week's content, captions, and scripts using our content calendar and AI drafting tools, matched to our brand voice Research trending audio, hashtags, and formats relevant to our audience and flag genuine opportunities Coordinate with our creative specialist on upcoming shoot needs based on the content calendar Keep the DM/comment queue current Monthly Pull and summarize performance reporting (reach, engagement, follower growth, DM/lead volume) Meet with our marketing agency to review results and set direction for the next month's content Build out the next month's content calendar based on that direction Skills Required 0-3 years of experience managing social media accounts (professionally, through internships, or through demonstrable personal/freelance brand-building work) Comfortable writing in a brand voice that isn't your own personal voice Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok from a business/brand perspective, not just personal use Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or other similar software tools Strong written communication skills — you'll be representing our brand directly in comments and DMs Organized and comfortable managing a content calendar and multiple deadlines A genuine interest in social media trends, especially on TikTok Comfortable learning new software tools (training provided on our specific platform, Hootsuite) Preferred Direct experience with Hootsuite or a similar social media management platform (Buffer, Later, Sprout Social, etc.) Experience with e-commerce or social commerce (e.g., TikTok Shop) Interest in or familiarity with the jewelry, beauty, maker, or small-business/entrepreneur content space Basic comfort reading social media analytics and translating numbers into takeaways

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$45,000-$60,000/year base, depending on experience. Generous bonus program based on results.
