Job Description
GOAT Health Tri-Cities is looking for a creative, motivated, and dependable individual to join our growing team! We are seeking someone who can help manage our online presence while also supporting our front desk with patient care and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety — split your time between creative content work and hands-on patient interaction. Position Responsibilities Social Media Create and schedule engaging content Manage our Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Google Business, LinkedIn & Yelp accounts Use Meta Business Suite to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance Capture photos and videos within the clinic for social media content Help promote our chiropractic, medicine, nutrition, and wellness services Create eye-catching graphics and videos utilizing Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or video editing software to enhance content appeal Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to foster positive relationships Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing Front Desk Answer incoming phone calls and greet patients Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Collect insurance and patient payments Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits Provide exceptional, friendly customer service to patients in person and over the phone Qualifications Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation (not required, but a plus!) Experience running Facebook Advertising campaigns with a focus on audience targeting and performance optimization Ability to produce high-quality visual content, including photography and video editing Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing Understanding of digital marketing performance monitoring and marketing analytics techniques Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Passion for social media marketing trends, branding strategies, and relationship management Prior front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred Comfort with or willingness to learn insurance verification and payment processing Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Opportunity for Growth This position starts at approximately 4-6 hours per week, with weekly hours varying based on business needs. As our practice continues to grow, there is strong potential for this role — and its hours — to expand.
