RUN THE SOCIAL MEDIA & BRAND BEHIND A 27 YEAR OLD HOME SERVICES EXPERT AND FOUNDER

with recent successful private equity exit, who is now taking proceeds to build a new company this year and sell it to private equity in 5 years for $100 Million. This is not your typical content director and social media management role. We're looking for an incredibly organized, creative, resourceful person to work directly alongside a home services founder. Nathan is an entrepreneur, educator and business owner who has grown a local pest control company to three states and residential solar company to 6 states. Nathan started the subscription based pest control company in 2022 growing to millions in recurring revenue and is exiting it private equity this year. He also invests into real estate, and venture capital into software startups like Sequifi which recently raised $6M at over a $30M valuation according to Yahoo News. The brand brand is built around helping people think bigger, save time by learning from his mistakes, educate others on how to build and operate a home services company, and encourage others to take action to create more freedom. Eyes are turning to the home services industry, making this an exciting project in an attractive industry. This will be a journey showing the public behind the scenes growing a pest control company from $0 to $100M exit to private equity in 5 years.

Your role is simple:

Grow a new social media account to 300k followers. Direct, film and generate content that builds an authority brand by creating viral content. This can be achieved by educational, storytelling, day in the life, behind the scenes of building and selling to a private equity company, with a call to action to get the opportunity to work with Nathan and own a local home services franchise location. One minute you're creating idea's. The next you're filming behind-the-scenes content, or editing a Reel to go viral. You are a master on research, execution, and vision. WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Content & Brand Occasionally travel with Nathan to capture photo and video Research and spot great content opportunities as they're happening Film business, educational and lifestyle content Edit and publish short-form or long form video Develop hooks, captions and content ideas Maintain the content calendar and asset library Repurpose content across platforms Track performance, trends and brand growth Support collaborations and brand opportunities Sometimes you'll be given an idea. Other times, you're expected to recognize the story yourself.

Have experience or interest in supporting a Founder, entrepreneur or executive Have experience researching, filming and editing social content Understand Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Have exceptional attention to detail Have experience using AI tools and Canva to work smarter, create content efficiently, and improve productivity Know how to use technology and AI to streamline tasks, organize information, and help get more done Communicate professionally and confidently Stay calm when plans change Handle confidential information with discretion Solve problems without waiting for instructions Love travel and have the flexibility to travel regularly Are comfortable with a schedule that doesn't always fit neatly into 9-5 Most importantly: You don't wait to be told what needs to happen next. You figure it out.

COMPENSATION & LOCATION

Base Salary:

$60-100 hour with follower count bonuses; then option to transition to monthly or annual salary. This position is based in Spokane, Washington or surrounding area's and requires in-person work with Nathan on filming days. We expect to begin with 1-4 filming in person days per month. The rest is at remote researching top content, creating ideas, scripting, posting, and managing the founders account. Business travel and approved travel-related expenses are company paid.
