The part-time media coordinator is a new part-time position within the Emmanuel Community United Methodist Church.

The primary responsibilities are to:

(1)Create and maintain the Church's new website, incorporating a professional look that is welcoming and easy to for all generations to navigate. We consider the website to be the symbolic front door of the church. (2) Develop a uniform and professional look and design across all media platforms, including the website, relevant social media, Pro-presenter, worship slides, outdoor electronic sign, and digital publications. (3) Other duties as assigned, by Lead Pastor.

Training/Experience/Qualities Preferred:

Previous experience with social media management and content generation, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent written communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with other staff and volunteers. Individual should be able to work independently and proactively complete assigned tasks. Must be willing to communicate challenges within the job responsibilities and seek support. Must be able to safeguard and abide by confidentiality requirements. Working knowledge of content creatioin software, Microsoft applications, and database and customer support software.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour
