Duties Identify and book talented artists, bands, and performers that align with the event's vision and audience preferences Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms with talent agencies, managers, or individual artists to secure favorable agreements Manage all aspects of talent contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with legal standards Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent representatives, agents, and industry contacts to facilitate smooth booking processes Coordinate marketing efforts across social media platforms to promote upcoming performances and increase audience engagement Collaborate with marketing teams to develop social media marketing strategies that highlight featured talent and boost event visibility Oversee the entire booking process from initial outreach through final confirmation, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, scheduling, and communication purposes Extensive experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok for promotional campaigns Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive rates and favorable contract terms Knowledge of contracts related to talent booking and legal considerations within the music industry Proven track record in talent management or working as a talent agent within the entertainment sector Expertise in marketing strategies tailored for live events and social media management techniques Exceptional relationship management abilities to foster long-term partnerships with artists and industry professionals Background in music industry operations or experience working as a talent buyer or agent in similar settings Sales experience to effectively pitch opportunities to artists and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements Ability to handle contract negotiations efficiently while maintaining positive client relationships Skilled in booking talent across diverse genres and understanding market trends within the entertainment industry Strong communication skills for clear client interaction and internal coordination Experience in agency management or talent acquisition processes within entertainment organizations Join us as a Talent Buyer where your enthusiasm for music meets strategic execution!
