Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch and complete Buyer Certification (part of Launch graduation) Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria, listing alerts and/or market reports Manage Listings and run Buyer Showings Run Open Houses Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week Participate in personal production using "A Day in the Life" agent standard in addition to lead Agent support tasks Participate in team activities per team standards Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology and maintain personal and lead agent database management/organization Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
