Vehicle Acquisition Specialist | Hybrid | Commission-Based Flat Six Exchange is expanding its vehicle acquisition team and is looking for an experienced automotive buyer to source profitable inventory across a broad range of vehicle makes and models. This position focuses on identifying value, building relationships, and acquiring inventory from dealerships, private sellers, auctions, and other wholesale channels. We're looking for someone who understands the market, knows how to negotiate, and can consistently identify profitable buying opportunities. If you've worked as a Used Car Manager, Buyer, Appraiser, Acquisition Specialist, or have strong wholesale automotive experience , we'd love to talk. The ideal candidate is self motivated, understands current market values, enjoys negotiating, and has a passion for finding great deals. Responsibilities Source vehicles from dealerships, private sellers, auctions, and wholesale channels Evaluate market values using appraisal tools Negotiate purchase prices and structure profitable transactions Manage purchases from initial contact through completion Build and manage your own acquisition pipeline Identify quality inventory with strong wholesale potential Qualifications Automotive buying, appraisal, or dealership experience preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills Self motivated with the ability to work independently Strong understanding of wholesale market values Organized with excellent follow up and attention to detail Ability to identify profitable buying opportunities across a wide variety of vehicles Compensation Commission based compensation with a competitive profit sharing structure Unlimited earning potential High six-figure income opportunity for top performers Hybrid work environment Performance driven environment with significant growth opportunities
