This role involves coordinating casting processes, managing social media platforms, and assisting with agency and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent management, marketing, and recruiting, with strong skills in social media management and negotiation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with casting directors, talent agents, and production teams to identify and secure top talent for various projects. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of talent through various channels, including social media marketing and direct outreach Manage social media accounts to promote casting calls and engage with potential candidates Coordinate casting sessions, including scheduling auditions and communicating with talent and agents Support talent management activities by maintaining accurate records of talent profiles, contracts, and availability Negotiate terms with talent agencies and individual performers to secure suitable candidates for roles Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional content for casting campaigns Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts related to talent engagement Support sales efforts by identifying new opportunities for talent placement and project collaboration Maintain organized documentation of all casting activities, communications, and agreements Qualifications Proven experience or strong interest in social media management, marketing, or recruiting within the entertainment or agency industry Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with talent agencies and performers Knowledge of talent management processes and agency operations is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing contracts and schedules Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Proficiency in social media platforms and social media marketing strategies Effective communication skills both written and verbal Prior experience in contracts, sales, or recruiting is desirable but not mandatory This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about the entertainment industry who are eager to develop their skills in talent acquisition, social media marketing, and agency management.
