contract About the job AI Agent Implementation Specialist - Ecommerce Part-Time Contract | Remote | 5-10 hours/week | 4-6 weeksKETUPA is looking for someone with hands-on experience implementing and optimizing customer-facing AI Agents for ecommerce merchants.

This is a short, part-time contract working directly with our founder and technical team on the KETUPA Lab and early merchant engagements.

What you'll doConfigure and optimize AI Agents using existing platform controls - prompts/instructions, knowledge, skills/actions, workflows, product/catalog data, and integrations. Investigate real shopping conversations and identify why recommendation or shopping-journey behavior is breaking. Implement targeted Agent changes rather than only recommending what should change. Test and validate Agent behavior before and after changes, including regression checks. Practicalimplementation workflow used by strong AI commerce teams. What we're looking forHands-on experience in AI Agent implementation, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Customer Success, or Implementation Consulting. Experience working directly with ecommerce merchants or consumer brands. You have personally configured, launched, debugged, or optimized production AI Agents. Familiarity with platforms such as Gorgias, Rep, Zowie, Zipchat, Kustomer, Sierra, Decagon, Constructor, Alhena, or similar is especially relevant. Comfortable working with prompts, knowledge systems, APIs/integrations, Agent workflows, and testing/debugging. Strong customer communication skills.

Most important:

we're looking for someone who has actually helped merchants get AI Agents working in production - not only advised on AI strategy.

Engagement:

4-6 weeks, approximately 5-10 hours/week, remote.
