You'll host live fragrance auctions, interact with viewers, present products, and keep the stream exciting. We're looking for quick thinkers who love to talk, are comfortable on camera, and know how to keep people entertained. No previous streaming experience is required. We provide paid training on our fragrances, auction process, and TikTok Shop system! The position starts at $20 per hour base pay . Each streamer also receives a sales-performance bonus for every stream. Strong sellers can commonly earn an effective rate of approximately $24-$27 per hour with bonuses included. This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time. Applicants must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week . We are hiring for different shifts and are looking for overnight streamers as well! What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old Outgoing, confident, and comfortable on camera High energy and able to talk for extended periods Quick thinker who can keep conversations flowing Motivated by sales goals and performance bonuses Reliable, punctual, coachable, and open to feedback TikTok, content creation, sales, beauty, or fragrance experience is a plus Must be legally authorized to work in the United States How to Apply To be considered, please include either a 15-45 second video introducing yourself or a link to a public social media profile where we can see your personality and on-camera presence.
