Sunrise Shack started as a roadside shack on the North Shore of Oahu. Today we are Hawaii's only 100% seed oil free restaurant group, with stores across Oahu and franchise locations opening across the mainland. We are going from a handful of shacks to 100, and we want someone to document every step of it. This is a proving grounds role with a real ladder. You will work side by side with our founder, Travis Smith, and build in public: grand openings, new stores, the franchise buildout, the wins and the hard days. Do it well and this grows into leading marketing for the whole company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create and post content for Instagram (first) and TikTok (second), several times a week
• Travel with the corporate team to franchise grand openings and capture the story
• Hit the streets: interviews, sampling, pop ups, talking to anyone
• Own collabs and events: screen inbound requests, meet the good ones, make them happen with founder approval
• Use AI and modern tools to move fast and report what is working

WHO YOU ARE

• You live on Oahu and know the island and its people
• You already make content and have links to prove it
• You are outgoing, on camera comfortable, and come up with ideas without being asked
• You understand our core customer and what makes her stop scrolling
• You are curious about tech and AI and already use it in your workflow
• Early mornings, some weekends and a few mainland trips a year sound exciting, not exhausting

PAY AND PERKS

• $4,000 to $5,500 a month based on experience, plus performance bonus
