You'll work directly with players, families, and groups to keep games running smoothly and make sure everyone has a great time. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests, explaining game rules and safety procedures, getting players ready for their games, operating laser tag equipment, and helping reset the arena between games. You'll also assist with arcade and front-counter activities, answer guest questions, and help keep the facility clean, organized, and ready for the next group. We're looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, dependable, and comfortable working with children and large groups . You should enjoy interacting with people and be willing to get involved rather than simply stand behind a counter. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to stay calm and helpful in a busy environment are important. Previous experience in customer service, entertainment, childcare, events, or working with the public is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys creating memorable experiences and being part of a fun team. This is primarily a Saturday and Sunday position, with some weekday hours available. Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience during laser tag events. Marshall game sessions, including briefing players on rules and safety protocols. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales. Address any conflicts or issues that arise during gameplay. Collaborate with team members to organize events and ensure smooth operations. Utilize computer skills for scheduling and managing bookings. Help clean party rooms. Must be available at least one weekend evening. Hours based upon availability and performance. Potential room for growth for high performers.
