This position involves embodying a beloved character that represents our organization at various community and bank-sponsored events. The ideal candidate is fun, engaging, and excited to bring the First Security Bank Ranger to life—creating memorable experiences for children, families, and community members. Physical Requirements Must be able to safely wear and perform in the bank's mascot costume for extended periods. Must be able to perform the physical duties associated with mascot appearances, including walking, standing, waving, dancing, and interacting with the public. Must be able to perform in the costume in both indoor and outdoor environments, including warm weather. Must be able to safely enter, exit, see through, and maneuver while wearing the mascot costume. Duties Represent First Security Bank as the Ranger mascot at community and bank events. Interact positively with children, families, and the general public to create a fun and welcoming environment. Take photos and pose with event attendees. Communicate effectively with event staff to ensure smooth operations during appearances. Assist with setup and takedown of mascot appearances when needed. Maintain the cleanliness and care of the mascot costume. Uphold a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor at all times while in or out of costume.
