WE'RE HIRING CHARACTER PERFORMERS!

Sensory Seekers Play Cafe is looking for 2 fun, energetic Character Performers to join our team! This is a unique, flexible position perfect for someone who loves working with kids, dressing up, being silly, and bringing a little extra magic to birthdays and special events!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Dress up as a variety of characters for birthday parties and special events Characters may include princesses, Bluey characters, classic mouse characters, holiday characters, and MANY more! Take photos and interact with children and families Dance, wave, give hugs/high-fives, and stay in character Participate in simple party activities, meet & greets, and special entrances Help us create a fun and memorable experience for our guests

PAY:

$20/hour

HOURS:

This is an as-needed/event-based position, not a set weekly schedule. Hours will depend on birthday party bookings, special events, holidays, and character appearances. We anticipate approximately 15-20 hours per month, although hours may vary. We are looking for people who are: Reliable and punctual Energetic and outgoing Comfortable performing in front of children and adults Great with kids Comfortable wearing full character costumes for extended periods Available for some weekends and special events Able to stay upbeat and in character throughout an appearance No professional character-performing experience is required! We're looking for the right personality, reliability, and someone who genuinely enjoys making kids smile. This would be a great side job for a high school/college student, theater or dance student, performer, or anyone looking for occasional fun weekend work! Sensory Seekers Play Cafe $20/hour 2 positions available Approximately 15-20 hours per month Schedule varies based on parties & events
