Job Description

Dance Coach - Youth Dance Team N.O.E. Satin Dolls School of Dance is seeking an energetic, dependable, and experienced Dance Coach to join our coaching team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with youth, understands discipline and structure, and is willing to actively teach, demonstrate, correct, and motivate dancers during every practice.

Responsibilities include:

Teach and assist with dance routines, technique, stretching, conditioning, and performance preparation. Demonstrate movements step-by-step so dancers understand proper technique. Help dancers improve coordination, confidence, facial expressions, flexibility, and performance skills. Maintain structure, discipline, and a positive learning environment. Assist with cleaning and perfecting routines before performances and parades. Work collaboratively with the
