WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AVAILABILITY

• Teach vocal performance for musicals at our after school, elementary programs
• Conduct rehearsals and performances
• Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate musical performances
• Provide guidance and feedback to children to improve their skills
• Ensure the quality and professionalism of all musical performances ```Experience```
• Proven experience as a Music Director or similar role
• Strong knowledge of music theory, composition, and arrangement
• Ability to educate and mentor children of various skill levels
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ideal candidates have experience working with children in one or more of the Directorial/Managerial roles, are able to successfully pass a livescan (background check) and negative TB test, and have reliable transportation to travel throughout LA County.

Classes typically range from 1-3 hours & longer for tech rehearsals and performance days. As a Music Director, you will be responsible for teaching children in schools throughout the Los Angeles area for various musical theatre productions. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in music theory, composition, and arrangement. You should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively educate and mentor musicians of various skill levels.
