Job Description

Experience Orchestrator#26-01931

Pleasanton

Onsite Job Description 2-5 years of experience design practice, with a portfolio that shows real work on complex digital products — data-dense enterprise SaaS, business-critical dashboards, or AI-driven systems. We want evidence of thinking, not just visual output. Storytelling is core here, not a bonus. More than a polished portfolio, we are looking for the ability to carry an idea as a narrative — frame the problem, walk a stakeholder through the change, and make the rationale land. Storytelling alongside core design craft is the combination that matters most for this role. You hold business and design together. You can read the commercial reality of a problem — viability, trade-offs, what the business actually needs — alongside the human experience, and let each sharpen the other. You think in systems, states, and edge cases — not screens. You have designed for AI-driven, data-heavy, or otherwise non-deterministic products, or you are demonstrably hungry to, and can show how you reason about uncertain states. An AI-augmented working method. You use LLMs, code assistants, and generative tools hands-on, daily, across exploration, prototyping, and writing — not as occasional shortcuts. Code-assisted prototyping literacy. You can direct AI tools to produce and read clean front-end component code (HTML / CSS / basic React or JS) for functional prototype testing. Comfortable around clients. You can sit with an ambiguous brief, ask the right questions, and explain design decisions in language business and technology stakeholders follow. Strong Figma systems discipline — auto-layout, variables, constraints, and component properties that map to real engineering logic, not just tidy files. Nice to have Experience flexing across client domains (fintech, supply chain, automation, regulated industries) while holding systemic UX detail. Hands-on work on an agentic or AI-native product — where the interface had to negotiate machine unpredictability. Prior ownership of a design system or token architecture delivered to an engineering team.
