• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Enrichment/Music instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and leading engaging music classes and activities for participants of all ages. This individual will create a fun and educational environment that promotes a love for music and enriches the lives of our community members.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Music, Education, or related field preferred. Proven experience in teaching music to individuals or groups. Strong knowledge of musical theory and various musical genres. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Passion for music and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

• Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement music lesson plans and curriculum that cater to the diverse needs of participants.

Instruct students on music fundamentals, techniques, and skills development. Organize and supervise music-related events, performances, and showcases. Monitor and assess participant progress, providing feedback and support as needed. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Stay current on music trends, teaching methodologies, and best practices in music education.

• Additional Requirements:

• Certification in music education or a related field is a plus.

Experience working with diverse populations and age groups is preferred. Ability to play multiple musical instruments is an advantage. Willingness to undergo a background check, as required.
