MMUSICAL WORSHIP DIRECTOR

New Covenant Christian Church in Roanoke, VA is seeking a passionate and spiritually mature Worship Director to lead a blended worship ministry featuring contemporary worship music & traditional hymns

Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:

Planning and leading worship services
Recruiting and mentoring volunteers
Coordinating worship teams
Collaborating with church leadership
Strong vocal leadership & musical ability
Organizational skills
Heart for Christ-Centered worship
Experience leading worship
Ability to play guitar or keyboard Part-time position requiring Sunday services, midweek rehearsals, and special holiday events.
