Faith & Love Empowerment Center in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a skilled, spiritually grounded, and dependable Keyboard Player/Musician to join our worship ministry as soon as possible. We are a diverse, inclusive, and affirming church committed to loving God, growing in faith, serving our neighbors, and creating a spiritual home where every person is embraced and valued as part of God's family. We are looking for someone who can help us create an atmosphere for vibrant, prophetic, and spirit-led worship. The ideal candidate will be comfortable blending traditional Pentecostal worship with Black gospel, contemporary Christian music, modern worship, spontaneous musical moments, and high-energy praise. The Keyboard Player/Musician will report directly to the Overseer/Bishop while working closely with our Co-Praise and Worship Leaders, vocalists, musicians, and production team.
Regular schedule:
Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.(Service starts at 10:00am)
At least three rehearsals each month, approximately two hours per rehearsal
Occasional conferences, anniversary celebrations, and special services scheduled with advance notice We are seeking someone who:
Has at least two years of church or worship-music experience
Is proficient in Black gospel, Pentecostal worship, and contemporary Christian music
Can play by ear and follow chord charts, musical cues, and spontaneous key changes
Can support praise breaks, altar calls, prayer, sermon responses, and prophetic worship
Is comfortable using keyboard voices, organ settings, synthesizer patches, and music software
Is reliable, punctual, collaborative, spiritually mature, and open to feedback
Has a personal relationship with God
Fully respects and supports an inclusive and affirming church environment
Will treat individuals of every background and identity with dignity, love, and respect This is more than an opportunity to play music.

Compensation:
