This is an active business development and outside sales position focused on acquiring direct customers with domestic and international transportation and logistics needs. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new customers. Generate new business through calls, emails, networking, and customer visits. Identify and develop domestic and international freight opportunities. Prepare and follow up on customer quotations. Conduct customer meetings and site visits. Develop long-term relationships with customers and decision-makers. Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities. Coordinate with our Operations Team to ensure excellent service for new accounts. Services You Will Sell International Air & Ocean Freight Domestic

FTL & LTL

Transportation Expedited, Dedicated & Time-Critical Services AOG / Aerospace Logistics Drayage Warehousing & Cargo Handling Services Qualifications 2+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics. Proven ability to prospect and develop new business. Experience preparing freight or logistics quotations. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with cold calling and in-person customer visits. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Professional English required; Spanish is highly desirable.

Pay:

From $40,000.00 per year
