About Verdica Verdica builds AI case analysis for personal injury law firms. An attorney uploads a case file and gets back a full analysis and demand-ready work product in hours, instead of the days of attorney and paralegal time it takes today. Firms pay per case or by subscription, so every firm you bring on becomes recurring, measurable revenue. We're early: a small founding team, design-partner firms in several states, SOC 2 Type I and II and HIPPA compliant, and integrations underway with the case management software firms already use. This is our first go-to-market hire. You'll work directly with both founders, every week. The opportunity The fastest way to sell Verdica is to show the value we provide. A skeptical trial attorney hands us a stack of their own closed cases; we run them through the product and hand back an analysis benchmarked against outcomes they already know were right. Done well, that demo doesn't persuade, it ends the argument. This role is for a seller who wants to win that way: with the product in their hands, in front of the buyer, and then closing the deal they just proved. What you'll do Run the proof: benchmark demos on a firm's own closed cases, live walkthroughs, and technical discovery with attorneys, paralegals, and office managers. Handle the hard questions yourself. Accuracy and liability, data security (SOC 2 Type II), and how Verdica fits the case management systems a firm already runs. Build the target list of PI firms from scratch and run the outreach that fills your own demo calendar: cold email, calls, LinkedIn, associations, conferences. 8-12 qualified meetings a month is the bar. Shadow every founder pitch early, then run full cycles yourself: discovery, demo, pricing, negotiation, close. Sign design-partner firms during our launch phase and shepherd their first cases through the product. Translate what firms say into what we build. A tight feedback loop with the founders and engineering. Own the CRM and pipeline reporting; travel to firms and run meetings in person. What we offer This seat is built for someone who wants their income tied to their output. You earn uncapped commission on every account you source, paid over each account's first twelve months and it pays in full when a founder helps you close, so there's never a reason to keep us out of a deal. You also earn a bonus for every firm you activate, launch-phase bonuses for signing design-partner firms, and early-employee equity. A typical firm is worth $30k-100k a year to us; close ten in year one and you've had a $120k+ year. Who we're looking for You want your income tied to your output. Uncapped upside beats a bigger base for you. You have proof you can sell. Numbers, rankings, a quota you beat, a territory you grew. One to two years of sales experience helps; hunger and evidence matter more than tenure. You open doors. Cold calls don't scare you and people take your second meeting. You can be the whole sales team. No playbook, no SDR, no enablement. You build the list, the sequences, and the CRM discipline. You are willing to go to them. PI firms may buy in person. You're glad to travel to a firm in another state and run the meeting. You will be working closely with the CEO to coordinate GTM and outreach plans. Legal or personal-injury exposure is a plus, not a requirement. Location and how to apply Greater Boston, hybrid — regular in-person work with the founders, plus travel to firms. Full-time.
