Since 2013, SpecializedRx has been innovating pharmacy compounding products to help meet the needs of the changing pharmacy practice worldwide. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized administrative professional. This role requires technical literacy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage diverse operational tasks. The ideal candidate functions efficiently in a fast-paced environment, rapidly addresses client requests, maintains an absolute standard of customer-facing professionalism, and successfully masters and retains knowledge of a vast, highly diverse product portfolio. In this role, you will process orders, resolve inquiries, and build strong relationships to ensure client retention. You will collaborate daily with Business Development, Technical, Warehouse, and Production teams to guarantee the accurate and timely delivery of all client orders. Additionally, you will support strategic business growth by assisting with outside sales initiatives driven by Business Development Representatives. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls Respond to customer needs and requests via phone, email and chat Manage client information within an ERP system Enter sales orders for a growing established client list Track results and potential business through ERP system Maintain and develop relationships with assigned accounts both large and small Assist Business Development with their sales initiatives Learn and master an extensive product catalog Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. BA in communications, marketing, business, technical science or related field a plus Pharmacy technician experience, specifically with compounding prescriptions, a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, ticket-based software, ERP and E-Commerce experience a plus. Must have clear, articulate, and persuasive communication skills Outgoing attitude and desire to achieve results driven goals Highly organized with the ability to develop and maintain a portfolio of established clients Orientation towards teamwork and a collaborative environment Strong ability to multitask, self-start, and deploy independent technical troubleshooting strategies A desire to be an integral team member focused on changing lives by improving healthcare
