You will drive business growth by prospecting across multiple channels, managing a robust sales funnel, delivering professional proposals, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Additionally, you will accurately document all customer interactions in the Arvig CRM and collaborate cross-functionally across departments while maintaining a strong understanding of our infrastructure, product offerings, and market trends. What You'll Bring A 2 year Associate Degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or equivalent experience Outside Sales Experience Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strategic prospecting skills Basic knowledge of premise-based and cloud-based phone service delivery, alongside a solid understanding of the full sales cycle Practical understanding of CRM systems and sales applications Strong verbal, written, listening, presentation, and strategic prospecting skills Ability to work independently, self-lead under stress, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams Driven, competitive, optimistic, confident, and persuasive entrepreneurial mindset Valid Class C Driver's License, with an acceptable driving record Bonus points if you have Degree in sales, business or related; or equivalent experience A thorough understanding of the telecommunications industry, particularly within the greater Twin Cities area
