Commercial Insurance Account Manager Position Description This position is fully remote and permanent. Candidates can be located anywhere on the East Coast, but must hold a New York State Property and Casualty License and be familiar with the commercial insurance market in down-state New York. A regional brokerage/insurance agency is seeking an experienced commercial account manager to handle a variety of insurance coverage and benefits programs from over 30 national carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhancing current coverage or introducing new coverage to the firm's existing clientele Marketing new and renewed business opportunities Maintaining positive relationships with clients and market contacts Preparing renewal and new business applications and proposals Assessing risk exposure and recommending suitable solutions Negotiating with underwriters and remarketing existing business Delivering day-to-day client service

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage Experience in servicing commercial clients and understanding commercial markets Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Team player with excellent communication skills Active NYS Property and Casualty license Proficiency with AMS 360

Software Compensation:

Base salary up to $95,000, depending on skills and experience.
