We are seeking an Account Executive for the Flooring Division for a design company located in

Pittsburgh, PA Job Duties:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow business within assigned markets and territories. Prospect, qualify, and close new commercial flooring opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, facility managers, and end users. Generate proposals, presentations, and pricing recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of flooring products, installation methods, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Provide accurate information to support project management, order processing, installation, and invoicing activities. Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reporting, and customer records. Participate in networking events, industry organizations, and business development activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent industry experience. Minimum of 6 years of sales, design, construction, flooring, or sales support experience. Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales goals. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
