Surface Refinishing Bathtub & Shower Restoration Tile Refinishing Countertop Refinishing Commercial Concrete Coatings Cabinet Refacing Our production team handles the work. Your focus is creating relationships and bringing in opportunities. What You'll Do Develop new commercial relationships Generate qualified sales opportunities Meet with property owners and facility managers Introduce our services to general contractors and property managers Build long-term customer relationships Help grow an already established local company You won't be responsible for scheduling projects, managing technicians, or handling production. Compensation W2 or Independent Contractor options available Commission-based Unlimited earning potential Residual opportunities on accounts you develop Flexible schedule If you're already calling on these customers, this can become an additional revenue stream without starting a business from scratch. Most successful partners who consistently generate business have the potential to earn $75,000-$200,000+ annually. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Is self-motivated and enjoys prospecting Has existing relationships with commercial decision-makers Is comfortable networking and developing business Has previous B2B sales experience Is professional, organized, and dependable Wants to control their own income Experience selling construction, maintenance, restoration, remodeling, coatings, or facility services is highly preferred but not required.
