Job Description

HVAC / BAS

Service Sales Account Executive Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Proactively identify and close new business opportunities through cold calling, local networking, and following up on technician-generated field leads.

Contract & Solution Selling:

Educate clients on the total cost of ownership (TCO) and ROI of long-term commercial or residential preventative service agreements.

Proposal & Quote Management:

Assess client mechanical systems, collaborate with engineering/estimating teams, and draft accurate, profitable service proposals.

Account Relationship Management:

Maintain relationships with current property managers, building owners, or residential clients to secure recurring revenue and annual contract renewals.

Cross-Department Collaboration:
